CSa Team

Originally established in 1998 to offer landscape planning expertise to the development industry, the practice has expanded to provide ecological and urban design services, as well as other related disciplines.

CSa prides itself on having a highly trained, professionally qualified and experienced team. Our senior consultant team comprising Chris Armstrong, Luke Casey, Clare Caudwell, Greg Collins, Kris Long and Robert Rasberry are always on hand to provide advice.

Clive Self MA (Urb Des) Dip LA CMLI

Clive Self Clive is a Chartered Landscape Architect and Urban Designer with over 28 years experience in private practice including overseas work in the USA and Middle East. Clive has extensive experience of complex, large-scale developments and has appeared at over 250 Public Inquiries, giving expert evidence on projects ranging from airports to new settlements.

Clive is the Managing Director of the practice and is based in the Hertfordshire office. He is particularly recognised for his strong analytical skills and his commitment to delivering the highest quality service.

Aidan Marsh BSc PGCE PhD CEnv MIEEM

Aidan Marsh Aidan is a Chartered Environmentalist with over 15 years experience of research and environmental consultancy. His particular expertise covers a wide range of protected species work, European Protected Species licensing, impact assessment and public inquiries. He is also able to draw on a wider understanding of other environmental areas to co-ordinate our multi-disciplinary input to projects.

Aidan is the Director of Ecology and is based in the Worcestershire office. Aidan remains a hands-on ecologist, leading projects and overseeing all aspects of our Ecology Team's work.

Ecological surveys for new Tottenham Hotspur stadium

Haringey Council awarded planning permission for a new 56,000 seat stadium in October and The Major of London has now backed this decision paving the way for Spurs to redevelop White Hart Lane. CSa have provided the ecological advice on this landmark project.
