Eco Check
An Eco Check will provide an initial overview of ecological issues at your site and should help to forewarn you of any issues that may lie ahead.
Commissioning an Eco Check prior to land purchase allows costs for ecology to be more accurately budgeted and gives an indication of the time period that may be required to resolve ecological constraints. An Eco Check could also be used to provide advice on how best to manage a site.
