The brand new Bridlington Caravan Club site opened in July 2011 on the North Yorkshire coastline. Set in 18 acres on a gentle hillside with sea views screened by maturing woodland, CSa were appointed by the Caravan Club to assist with the planning application for a brand new touring site, producing a series of detailed landscape proposals along with a strategy for maximising ecological enhancements on the site which included for the creation of a designated biodiversity meadow area in the north of the site.

The site has added 70 hardstanding touring pitches to an area that has proved popular with caravanners in recent years, with the development also including 140 storage pitches and a new toilet block with disabled facilities.
