Planning permission has been granted, on appeal, for 114 houses and apartments on a brownfield site in Woburn Sands, Milton Keynes. The scheme comprises a mix of 3 and 4 storey apartments and 2 storey housing, facing onto a restored lake and children's play area. CSa prepared the DAS for the scheme, the landscape and recreation strategy and provide expert landscape and urban design evidence at the Inquiry.
