CSa are working closely with Luff Developments and Boyer Planning on potential options for the redevelopment of the Blue Mountain Golf Club, Bracknell.
The site occupies a highly sustainable location on the edge of Bracknell and the District Council has identifed the site as a Strategic Housing Site at the Preferred Options Stage of the Core Strategy. The draft allocation identifies the site for a mixed use development of education, housing, a football ground and public open space.
