Luton Borough are putting together development proposals for a series of sites which are to be redeveloped. Most of the sites are neglected, under used or degenerating urban sites, such as disused allotment areas, derelict garage plots, empty school sites and out dated housing and shopping centres. CSa have been commissioned to carry out the initial ecological assessments of these sites and to make recommendations in relation to protected species. Our remit also includes advice on potential enhancement and mitigation proposals and input to BREEAM sustainability assessments.
