CSa Input: Detailed landscape design for a new hall of residence

Having recently completed the landscape design for an 800 bedroom student campus at Tufnell Park, CSa were asked by London Metropolitan University to prepare a landscape scheme for a new campus site off Caledonia Road, North London. The brief was to provide an appropriate setting for the new building, and adjoining Grade II listed public house, and create a series of intimate external spaces for students to congregate. The scheme also needed to provide a new civic square, at the interface between the halls of residence and the adjoining site, which is scheduled for redevelopment.
