CSa have undertaken the landscape design, and acted as expert witness, for a number of racquet centres for the Next Generation Group. Each site typically comprises indoor and outdoor courts, parking areas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gymnasium and ancillary facilities.The Next Generation Club at Romford was granted permission on appeal, and in addition to providing private sports facilities, also included a small public park, kickabout area, dog walking circuit and indoor rifle range. CSa have been involved in similar schemes at Bristol, Sheffield, Dartford and Westminster.
