CSa were initially appointed by Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes to undertake a landscape assessment, detailed ecological surveys and a desktop archaeological assessment of land on the eastern edge of Shrewsbury. Based on the finding of the initial environmental work, CSa prepared an illustrative master plan to show how the site could be developed to form a sustainable urban extension to Shrewsbury. The master plan and supporting information was submitted to the Core Strategy of Shropshire Council’s LDF.
