Aidan established ecological services at CSA in 2002. He has over 25 years’ professional experience in consultancy, education and research. Aidan specialises in protected species work, Ecological Impact Assessment and Habitat Regulations Assessment. He has extensive experience of licensing for bats, great crested newts and dormice. Aidan is expert in designing bespoke mitigation solutions and is increasingly called upon to advise on achieving Biodiversity Net Gain as clients embrace expectations in this area. Typically working with wider consultant teams on large residential and mixed use development, Aidan also co-ordinates CSA’s multi-disciplinary inputs and is an established expert witness.
