Successful appeals in Oxfordshire for Miller Homes
2013 to present
In 2013 CSA were instructed by Miller Homes to undertake the masterplanning and landscape assessment work for two sites in Cherwell District; a 60 unit scheme at Bloxham and a 325 unit scheme at Banbury. Both schemes were on greenfield land, outside of the settlement boundary, and were refused planning permission and subsequently taken to appeal.
CSA presented evidence on the impact of the developments on the settlements and neighbouring countryside. Both schemes were granted planning consent and CSA are currently discharging the landscape conditions.
